U.S. Southern Command trains Costa Rican Air Surveillance Service

San Jose - September 25, 2009

25 officers from the Costa Rican Air Surveillance Service were trained in leadership by U.S. Southern Command experts in coordination with the Office of Defense Representative at the U.S. Embassy.

The courses Leadership Principles and Training the trainer took place from September 14-25 and focused on leadership principles.

The total amount donated was more than $28,000.
